She Blooms
•The RI.Perspective
She Blooms stems from the vision of Franziska and Dorothea, creators of the retreat, who imagine a space in which to slow down, reconnect with the body and the senses, and rediscover one’s own rhythm through movement, nourishment and creativity.
An experience that brings together practitioners with distinct approaches and engages different perceptual channels, breath, touch, sound, observation, taste and creative expression.
Elena Antonino, with Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa, uses breath and gesture to explore the body; Aga Nowak works with facial movement and conscious touch to refine self-perception; Jordana Nicole Giovannoni, through a botanical walk, invites participants to recognise, gather and taste wild medicinal plants, bringing them closer to foraging and Western herbalism.
Mariacristina Cellini, using Tibetan singing bowls and crystals, leads a session centred on sound and vibration, oriented towards deep relaxation and inner balance, while Monia Bindi guides a painting practice in which colour, light and mark-making become tools for expressing emotions and experiences that do not always find words.
Françoise de Keuleneer, founder of L’Oliveto, nutritionist and author, weaves together permaculture, herbs, teas and garden practices, showing the relationship between what is grown, the seasons and the way we eat.
Set at L’Oliveto, a Tuscan estate immersed in nature, the retreat connects wellbeing and personal blossoming with concrete gestures that, once learned, can continue in everyday life.
