The Father Code
•The RI.Perspective
The Father Code is a five-day retreat in South Ayrshire, Scotland, conceived by Natasha Rocha, founder of Raising the Vibes and creator of the Blueprint Code Framework.
It is based on the idea that the inheritance received from the father’s side is not only made up of wounds or limitations, but also of memories, patterns and possibilities that can be observed with greater awareness. Natasha’s approach explores how it can influence different areas of personal experience: safety, love, expression, wisdom, purpose, support, connection, prosperity and vitality.
The exploration is accompanied by body-based, meditative and ritual practices: yoga, breathwork, work with the Akashic Records, meditation, sound bath, contrast therapy, forest bathing, guided foraging, fire ceremony and time in nature.
Rather than focusing on the figure of the father, The Father Code proposes the paternal line as a key to reading one’s own story and the links between past and identity, inviting participants to let go of what no longer belongs and to integrate what can become a resource for the future.
The retreat takes place at Ladyburn House, a restored historic residence near Maybole, set in the Scottish countryside. The house is connected to the Kilkerran Estate, the family seat of the Fergussons since the 14th century: a detail that makes the place an integral part of the journey, as it roots the work on the paternal line in a landscape where family continuity can still be felt.
