At the end of summer, Pilates teacher Alice Angelotti leads four days centred on the ALUNE method: an approach that combines strength, endurance and stretching through progressive work on stability, control and mobility, with a consistent focus on care for the body.
The programme balances more dynamic sessions with moments of rest, alongside time outdoors, by the sea and in the company of others. A cooking class inspired by local traditions and a skincare workshop introduce additional ways of caring for oneself.
Hosted at Dimora Spierti, a historic masseria in the Apulian countryside, surrounded by stone walls and olive trees, the retreat offers a tangible pause before the arrival of September.
