The Return to Yourself comes from the work of Lisa Hood, former international professional dancer, yoga teacher, sound therapist and author of Moon Yoga, and from her attention to lunar cycles. Her approach begins with a simple idea: to listen to your body and give it time.
In the hills of Sitges, among lemon and olive groves, a small villa hosts days that move between practice, meditation, writing, ritual and cacao. Walks in the Garraf Natural Park, the small group and the closeness to nature make for a more essential rhythm, away from everyday life.
An experience in which the body becomes the place to begin again, ritual a tool, time a measure to find again.
