Cycladic Retreat is born from the vision of Hannah Duncalf, who, after a personal experience of recovery, oriented her work towards Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation and pranayama, practices that can support the nervous system and help release states of tension.
The synergy between the sessions led by Hannah, the sound healing by Nikolas and the treatments offered by Lila creates a journey that works through movement, sound and touch, to slow down and find greater balance between body and mind.
Life on the island of Koufonisia, small and off the beaten track, offers an essential dimension, shaped by the sea, exploration and boat excursions, and contributes to giving the experience a slower pace.
The tools Hannah shares are designed to create the conditions to return to everyday life in a more sustainable way.
