Spicy Feminine

Spicy Feminine is a retreat conceived and designed by Marta, founder of Grapefruit Luxury Retreats, based on the vision of Shilpa Cacho.
It is an experience that focuses on what, in relationships, tends to remain implicit: the way many women learn to give a lot, to hold, to adapt, and to take up less space than they would want.
It is in this passage that Shilpa’s work takes place, guiding the retreat toward a direct observation of these patterns as they happen. Slowing down becomes a necessary condition: not as a pause, but as a way to see, to let needs and desires emerge, and to interrupt patterns rooted in control.
In Sicily, where pleasure and slowness belong to food, light, and the rhythm of daily life, Spicy Feminine finds its setting at Villa Lumia, overlooking the sea and run entirely by women.
