The beauty of Simplicity

•The RI.Perspective
The Beauty of Simplicity grows out of the vision of Molly Rose, founder of Sirena Retreats and a teacher of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, breathing techniques and sound practices. Her intention is to show how slowing down can lead back to a simpler everyday life, shaped by movement, rest and contact with the natural surroundings of Koh Yao Noi , an island in the Andaman Sea, around half an hour from Phuket or Krabi, inhabited by fishing and farming communities, and a place Molly considers her Thai home.
Molly leads the retreat together with Wanwisa, a Tai Chi and Qi Gong teacher, who also introduces activities connected to local traditions and resources, including coconut harvesting, the preparation of natural oils and soaps, and gua sha. Living at the island’s pace means moving between boat trips to coves accessible only from the water, traditional massages, bicycle rides and time for oneself.
An experience that brings participants back to recognising what truly restores them and to a sense of time not necessarily tied to doing, leaving room for lightness, care for the body and more relaxed relationships
